Sizes
yourdecoshop photo wall papers consist of up to 10 individual parts, with a single unit of 100cm x 140cm (W x H). Each unit is numbered on the back to avoid mixing up the units.
Surface preparation
Proper preparations are the most important thing! For a long-lasting delight with your motif, we recommend to assure that the surface onto which you want to attach yourdecoshop door photo wall paper have the following features:
- Clean
- Smooth
- Dry
- Sustainable
Irregularities (holes, cracks, etc.) of your wall have to be repaired carefully. Make sure you have removed all wallpaper residues completely. Latex and oil-based paints have to be grinded off beforehand. Highly absorbent surfaces must receive a prime coating – for a smooth and uniformly absorbent surface. This allows the wallpaper paste to be absorbed best by the wall, ensuring adequate drying of your door photo wall mural.
Mounting Made Easy
Before mounting your photo wall mural, you have to cover it generously with wallpaper paste, leaving it for at least 3 minutes. During this process each unit expands to 2cm. Before you mount your wall decor, according to the numbers on the back of each unit, cover your door generously with wallpaper paste. Ensure you attach all units edge to edge for a perfect result.
Surplus wallpaper paste can be wiped off with a damp cloth, which prevents unpleasant stains. Use a cutter knife to create smooth edges and achieve a custom-fit result. Furthermore, avoid a draft and overheating of the room since the wallpaper paste is still active until its complete drying. Test
